The Belmax team renovated our ~60 sq ft. full bathroom, which included replacing or updating nearly everything and also included some new wiring/lighting installation and shower/tub plumbing relocation. I sourced the fixtures and furnishings myself. The main advantage of working with this team is that they dedicated two highly skilled people to the project until it was complete, which took a day less than originally budgeted (not counting a short delay that was my fault for ordering plumbing trim that was incompatible with the valve I ordered). The 2 gents did everything themselves with no subcontractors needed, and they worked quietly and cleanly so as not to disturb my home-based work. The final cost was exactly as initially estimated plus a small fee for the required extra visit after all the correct parts were available to complete the job. I was pleased with the end result and would highly recommend them for similar contracting work.

We renovated our master bathroom with help from this team. Project was very smooth and team went over and above to make everything look great. Everything team did they asked how we want to do or if any change needed. Team also fully supported in township inspection and made sure it’s being addressed. Team would come on time in the morning and leave on time everyday to ensure the house hold is not disturbed beyond working hours. Initial quote was provided quickly and was very precise. List of actions were specific and when changes are made costs either go up or down. I thought this provided transparency which is great.

Maks and his team did an absolutely amazing job for us! We had an oversized Whirlpool jet bathtub that was installed by the previous homeowners. It cracked, necessitating that the tub and all the surrounding tile be removed and replaced. We took it as an opportunity to basically remodel the whole bathroom. Maks and his crew gave us a great price and even better service. They were always on time, stayed within the agreed upon schedule, kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project and ultimately gave us a beautiful new bathroom. They also did a phenomenal job of minimizing disruption to the rest of the house while the project was in progress and cleaning up when they were finished.

As tends to happen when you start a project like this, unforeseen hiccups sometimes arise. For example, the new tub (which was the same size as the previous tub) ended up being too big to be dropped into place from above, so it needed to be slid in sideways, necessitating that the toilet be temporarily removed. We also found that they no longer make the same size baseboard air conditioning register we had before. But every step of the way, Maks and his team were very straightforward in addressing these little issues and they always worked hard to troubleshoot and find solutions.

As someone who absolutely dreads big home improvement projects like this, I can honestly say BMR BelMax made the whole process extremely smooth and we could not be more thrilled with our new bathroom. We’re already planning to hire them for more projects around the house!

BelMax Remodeling renovated my family room a few months ago. The job was not trivial and required removal of a brick wall, complete overhaul of the fireplace, raising and leveling of the floor, etc., and all of that right next to the kitchen which we were still actively using.
